🎯 Module introduction

Have you ever been troubled by the fact that there are only two speeds in the game: snail-like walking and hurried jogging? What’s even more puzzling is that the game already has a perfect brisk walking animation, but it can only be used in the camp!

Now, the fast walking module outside the camp is finally here! This mod that I have wanted since the PS4 version of the game was released has finally been realized, allowing you to enjoy the convenience of FWOC anywhere!

✨ Features

**Two versions to choose from:**

• **Exquisite version of FWOC**: After many game tests, highly recommended!
• **Basic version FWOC**: Although it has not been updated for many years, it still runs stably

**Exquisite version operation method:**

• Click the sprint button to slightly increase your speed
• When pushing the joystick to the bottom, click the sprint button to start walking quickly
• Gradually increase to faster walking speeds and multiple sprint speeds
• Provides more granular control than the basic version

**Basic version operation method:**

• Game Controller: Use the left joystick to precisely control walking speed, up to a brisk walking speed in the camp
• Keyboard: always keep walking fast, you can switch back to normal walking speed by pressing the "key to talk" key

🎮 How to use

Switch the module on and off via the default "push to talk" key (N key). It is recommended to rebind this key in the in-game key settings.

⚙️ Installation instructions

This module requires ScriptHook to be installed. You can choose:

• V2 ScriptHook
• Alexander Blade's ScriptHook

Installation method: Place the FastWalk.asi file into the main directory of "Red Dead Redemption 2" (the same folder as PlayRDR2.exe)

🔄 Uninstall method

Simply delete the FastWalk.asi file from the game directory. This mod can be safely installed and uninstalled at any time.

⚠️ Known issues

In rare cases, FWOC can cause strange behavior during the walking portion of cutscenes. While not game-breaking, NPCs can sometimes lag behind during certain dramatic walking scenes. If this happens, you can use the toggle key to temporarily turn off the module.
