🎯Mod Overview

This is a complete Russian translation for the Red Dead Redemption 2: Enhanced Edition mod. RDR2 Enhanced Edition was originally an improved version based on Red Dead Offline, but the author has completely reworked and expanded it into a standalone enhancement mod.

This mod contains a number of changes to the game mechanics, making the experience more complex and challenging (some may find it more interesting than the original, others may find it more boring). This mod is fully compatible with all scripted mods, including PDO, Bounty Expansion, Dialogue Overhaul, and others.

🛠️ Installation instructions

• Install the original RDR2 Enhanced Edition module
• Extract the translation file to the game root directory and overwrite the original file
• No additional configuration files required

🔫 Weapon system improvements

• **Ammunition Limits Significantly Reduced**: The carrying amount of each type of ammunition is significantly reduced, making every bullet more valuable
• **REMOVED AUTO-LOOTING**: Ammo now needs to be searched manually from corpses
• **Shop Ammo Reduction**: Reduced number of ammo boxes in shops and open world
• **Price Adjustment**: Doubled the price of high velocity ammo (as this is the most powerful type)

⏱️ Reloading speed adjustment

The reload speed is now 70-80% slower than the original, allowing you to fully appreciate the details of the reload animation. The original reload speed is almost impossible to achieve in reality!

Accompanying the reload speed adjustment are modifications to the slower reload module. After installation, the impact of weapon proficiency on reload speed and accuracy increases from 10% to 20-25%.

🛠️ Weapon Maintenance

To match the changes to the ammo system, the price of weapon oil has also been increased, adding an additional challenge to keeping all weapons in top condition.

⚗️ Production system

In RDR2EE, you can craft normal and weak supplements. They consume fewer resources than the more powerful and special versions, but have a correspondingly smaller impact on the player (same as the original version).

Powerful and specialty supplements cost significantly more to make. It’s even better to buy them in stores now!

Weak supplements are redesigned open supplements. Modders have always felt that this mechanic was underused in the game, so now you can craft them with very little materials (sometimes even half the real materials!).

🍖 Food System

The modder feels that cooking food is too powerful as most meats in the game fill all cores. The properties of all craftable items have been adjusted. Food now restores health almost completely and consumes almost no stamina or Death Eye.

So there are more benefits from sleeping, smoking, bathing, drinking coffee, etc. because you can't just eat a piece of beef...and then be full, focused, and well rested for a whole week.

🌶️ Seasoning system

Do you also want to improve your stamina and death eyes through food? Seasonings have been redesigned for this purpose! The number of improved traits is now significantly higher depending on the seasoning (compared to the original, which could only handle large game meat with seasoning).

🚬 Alcohol and Tobacco System

Alcohol and cigarettes have also received some tweaks. Such items now reduce an additional portion of health. Cigarettes redesigned from scratch. Now Arthur doesn't need to smoke 20 cigarettes in a battle to restore Death's Eye, as one cigarette now restores 40% (cigars still restore 60%). Also changed their number of slots - now 10 (instead of 20).

Chewing tobacco and cocaine nuggets are more expensive and slightly less healthy than alcohol/cigarettes. Additionally, they can no longer be stolen, as they were a better and simpler substitute than Tonics in the original game.
