🌟 Introduction
Hello everyone! It's time to tweak the graphics of this beautiful game. I think the developers did an amazing job with the game engine, but I still managed to make some tweaks. This preset is not oversaturated, oversharpened or overexposed, aiming for maximum realism.
🎨 About Shaders
The shader is optimized for 4K ultrawide resolution (5160x2160), using the highest game quality settings, turning off DLSS, and maxing out TAA sharpness. I made two versions:
- **CHR_RDR2_Quality**: Contains "pseudo" ray tracing effects, suitable for users with powerful GPUs (RTX 3080 or higher) or using DLSS, frame rate drops by about 20-30%
- **CHR_RDR2_Performance**: lightweight version, does not contain pseudo-ray tracing, but still provides better lighting and visual effects, with a frame rate drop of about 5-10%

⚙️ Installation Guide
- Download the latest version from the official ReShade website
- Install all shaders and click the "Deselect All" button twice
- Download the preset file and extract it to the main folder of "Red Dead Redemption 2"
- Start the game and press the "Home" button to bring up the Reshade interface (you can skip the tutorial)
- Select the preset in the top bar of the interface and click "Select"
- Enjoy the game! If you like it please support it
💡 **Tip**: If black spots or streaks appear on the game menu or map, please press "Home" to open the Reshade interface, and in the depth buffer section of the "Add-ons" tab, check a box containing long numbers and letters (similar to: 000000ex000bc45rg)
