✨ Latest updates
**Update 1** - Main File 2 added Chicago Typewriter + WhyEm's + EEE 1.5 compatible weapons.ymt files
**Update 2** - Optional files have added support for the Flintlock Pistol and Hawken Rifle, alongside Chicago Typewriter support, allowing you to use all three weapons simultaneously
**Update 2.1** - Optional files updated so that the Flintlock and Hawken rifles can now shoot heads and knock away other limbs. The flintlock rifle is limited to close range, and the Hawken rifle can directly hit the head from a long distance.
🛠️ Installation Guide
**Master file installation:**
Drag and drop the weapons.ymt file for Chicago Typewriter + WhyEm's or Chicago Typewriter + WhyEm's + EEE 1.5:
`Red Dead Redemption 2\lml\WhyEm's DLC\Weapon_Refrences\2845677`
**IMPORTANT STEPS:**
Remove WEAPONS.YMT file from `Red Dead Redemption 2\LML\TOMMYGUN`
⚠️ Troubleshooting
If you are having issues not working, it means **you have multiple weapons.ymt files covering each other in your lml folder and these duplicate files need to be deleted**
🔧 Optional file description
Optional files are installed in the same location, but are only available to players who want to use both the Hawken Rifle + Flintlock Pistol + Chicago Typewriter
**Requirements:** Requires WhyEm's + EEE 1.5 merged version (get it on the EEE Discord)
**NOTE:** Remove WEAPONS.YMT file from Flintlock Pistol mod
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
