Cheats On Startup
🎮 Function introduction
This mod enables a series of useful cheat functions by default when the game is launched, allowing you to move smoothly in the world of "Red Dead Redemption 2"! No need to manually enter codes, all cheating effects take effect automatically.
⚙️ Installation method
- First install Alexander Blade's ScriptHookRDR2.
- Extract the **"CheatsOnStartup.asi"** file to your "Red Dead Redemption 2" game root directory.
- **(Optional)** If you want to customize certain cheats on or off, please extract the **"CheatsOnStartup.ini"** file to the game root directory.
- Done! Start the game and all cheats are enabled by default.
🔧 Disable cheats
You can turn off specific cheats by editing the "CheatsOnStartup.ini" file. Just set the corresponding item to **"true"** (enabled) or **"false"** (disabled).
**Please Note**: If you do not install the **"CheatsOnStartup.ini"** file, all cheats will remain enabled. This file is only for players who wish to disable some cheats.
**Special Note**: The "Never Bounty" and "Never Drop Hats" cheats cannot be turned on or off in the game. All other cheats can be turned on or off at any time in the game.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
