🐎 Module function

This mod allows players to ride and use horses in the camp.

At some stage during the development of Red Dead Redemption 2, it was originally planned that Arthur would be able to ride the camp's horses. This mod restores exactly that functionality! Interestingly, Arthur's voice actor Roger Clark even recorded voices for some of the horses, and these voice files are still present in the game files and have been included in the mod.

To ride the horse in the camp, simply approach it and press the **E** key on your keyboard. Arthur would mount his horse and say a corresponding word.

When you leave camp on a horse, a horse icon will appear on the map. You can also order it to follow you, stop, run away, or return to camp.

⚙️ Prerequisites

• **Script Hook RDR2** - Please unzip the Script Hook RDR2 file to the game root directory (that is, where the game's main program `.exe` is located).

📦 Installation method

• Copy the `Canter.asi` and `Canter.dat` files to your game root directory.
• **Note**: If you already have the original Canter mod installed, just copy the new `Canter.dat` file to the game root directory and overwrite the original file.
