- Open the `Settings.ini` file in the `BountiesExpansion` folder
- Find the following setting item and change its value to 0:
- BountyHuntersSpawnChanceFactor=0
- EnableRivalBountyHunters=0
- EnableRandomBountyTargets=0
- EnableRandomBountyHunterCamps=0
- RandomEncountersFrequency=0
