Bounty Expansion - Replayable Bounty Missions

This mod adds new and exciting bounties for you. Most bounties are based on Red Dead Redemption's bounty system. There are 39 bounties in total, some with unique missions. Not only that, the new version (2.0.0) makes bounties replayable! Just wait about 6 (in-game) hours for the new bounty poster to appear.

🎮 **Welcome to the new world of bounties! ** This mod injects a lot of new blood into "Red Dead Redemption 2", allowing you to experience a richer life as a bounty hunter in the West.

🎯 Module Highlights

• **Massive new bounties**: **39 in total** Brand new bounties are waiting for you to challenge!
• **Classic Tribute**: The design of many tasks is inspired by the bounty system of the original "Red Dead Redemption", which is very familiar to old players.
• **Unique Missions**: Some bounties have their own storylines and goals, going beyond simple captures.
• **Replayability**: After completing a bounty, just wait for about **6 game hours** and the new bounty poster will be refreshed, allowing you to experience it again and again!
• **Dual version selection**: Provides **main version** and **RDR1 version**, the latter adjusts the unique mission to a guard + target mode closer to the original style.

🛠️ Installation Guide

• **Prerequisites**: Download and install AB's ScripthookRDR2 (make sure the asi loader is installed).
• **Clean Old Version**: If there is an old version installed, please remove it first.
• **Place files**: Copy `BountiesExpansion.asi` and `BountiesExpansion.dat` to the main installation directory of the game.
• **Important Tip**: Make sure your main installation directory of "Red Dead Redemption 2" does not have the "read-only" attribute checked**, or run the game in **Administrator Mode**, otherwise the module may not work properly.

🕹️ Introduction to gameplay

• **Find Poster**: Go to the newly added bounty poster location on the map (the location is different from the original one to avoid conflicts).
• **Accept mission**: Tear off the poster and claim the reward.
• **Go to area**: According to the map mark, go to the newly added bounty area.
• **Develop a Strategy**: Target locations are usually heavily guarded and patrolled. You can choose to approach stealthily, attack head-on, or a combination of the two.
• **Capture Target**: Find and **bind** your target.
• **Delivery and receive rewards**: Escort the target to the police station. Be careful, there may be others on the way who want to take the credit!
• **Get reward**: Throw the target into the cell and collect your bounty.

⚠️ Known issues and suggestions

• **Time to play**: **It is recommended** to use this mod after completing the main story to get the best experience (some missions make use of architectural structures that appear later). Of course, it can also be used in stories with extremely low risk.
• **Mission Compatibility**: When you are in the middle of a main quest or a side quest, the module will be automatically disabled to prevent you from accidentally walking into the bounty area.
• **Police Station Attention**: If you stay too long in the Sheriff's Office, you may be attacked.
• **Bounty Hunter**: You may be hunted by a bounty hunter, and you can choose to run away or fight.
