Grimshaw had two unused weird variant models with bluish skin, so I replaced them with Maggie Faike's variant model. Maggie's head model is shared with Black Belle, so it works quite well.

- If you already have a `metapeds` file, merge it by copy-pasting the entire `cs_susangrimshaw` entry onto your original `cs_susangrimshaw` entry (inside the brackets).
