🎖️ **Recreate historical and authentic U.S. Army uniforms**

I redesigned the army uniforms in the game to be closer to their historically authentic appearance. This mod is based on real historical military uniform specifications, bringing a more realistic military experience to "Red Dead Redemption 2".

📜 Historical background

The nutmeg canvas uniform (also known as the brown cotton canvas uniform) had been issued to some soldiers before the Spanish-American War, although not all soldiers were issued this uniform. Khaki uniforms were introduced during the Spanish-American War.

🎖️ Military rank identification system

**Pant leg stripe logo:**

• Corporal: ½ inch wide stripe

-Sergeant: 1 inch wide stripe

• Officer: 1½-inch wide stripe

**Military Color Identification:**

• Artillery: Red
• Cavalry: lemon yellow (before 1886), later changed to dark yellow
• Infantry: dark blue (officers are sky blue), changed to white after 1885, then changed back to sky blue in 1902
• Staff officer: dark blue (1898 khaki uniform period)

🛠️ Installation Guide

• Download the required module files
• Drag the lml folder into the game directory
• Done! Enjoy the game

**Game directory location:**

• Steam version: Library > Right-click on game > Manage > Browse local files
• Rockstar Launcher Edition: Settings > View installed games > Select game > View installation folder

💡 Tip: If it does not take effect after the first installation, you may need to restart the game

🎮 Usage suggestions

Want to travel the West as an American soldier? It is recommended to use a mod trainer such as Rampage Trainer to switch the player model to mp_male for full movement and weapon aiming functionality. Remember to save the game before proceeding!

**Rampage Trainer users:**

In game open menu > Player > Wardrobe > Model Changer > Search Peds > Enter mp_male and select in human category and you can select all the uniforms I made
