The RDR2 Contracts mod is back with a remaster including new mechanics, improved dynamic mission scenarios, and many other features!
For those unfamiliar, RDR2 Contracts is a mod that adds infinite, randomly generated assassination missions that you can obtain from NPCs in the game's main towns. These missions have different scenarios, settings, and objectives, and reward you with cash.
How to play
- Travel to the nearest major town (Valentine, Saint-Denis, Strawberry, Blackwater, Annesburg, Tumbleweed, etc.).
- Be aware of merchants who offer you contracts.
-Interact with the NPC to accept it.
- Press V to view the details of the new contract.
- Travel to mission locations and track your targets. Dead Eye `Killer Instinct?` can help search for targets.
- Assassinate it. Don't forget the challenge!
- If you are wanted, flee the area.
- Go to the post office to collect your payment!

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
