Armadillo Town Revitalization Plan Enhances Town with New In-house Editing for a Nostalgic Experience
Armadillo Restoration Project
🎉 **Aradillo Town Revitalization Community Project** brings a series of new enhancements designed to return Armadillo Town to the core feel of the original game. This mod is packed with features to make Armadillo Town feel like home again and give John Marston in Red Dead Redemption 2 a better way to experience the town. Over ten people worked on the project, and we spent months building this mod for everyone in the community to bring this nostalgic town back to life.
This mod contains new updates that bring deleted content back to the game, one of which is the Armadillo Town Bank, which is now accessible and has opening and closing times that match the game mechanics. Additionally, there are no longer fire pits scattered around town, many new props, and more.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
