NPC ammunition and combat system overhaul
Ammu-Nation
🎯 Module function
✨ **Ammunition system optimization**
- Limit and randomize the number of NPC ammunition, the default is between 10-30 rounds (can be adjusted through ini file)
- If the NPC riding a horse has a saddle bag, it can replenish a random amount of ammunition once more.
⚔️ **Combat experience upgrade**
- NPCs will now only reload one bullet at a time, extending the reload time to make gunfights fairer
- When an NPC's right hand or forearm is injured, the weapon will no longer be available
- NPCs will drop weapons when they run out of ammunition (two-handed weapons only), fall to the ground, are injured, or die.
🎮 **Player interaction enhancement**
- New key combination function: players can discard the current weapon (default alt+x, can be modified in the ini file)
🔧 Installation instructions
- Drag and drop the `whm.ammunation.asi` file to the game root directory (where RDR2.exe is located)
- Make sure AB's Script Hook RDR2 or ScriptHook RDR2 V2 is installed
💡 Usage Tips

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
