A basic rpg-skills mod where you gain experience upon activating campfires, level up, and put points into different skills.
For those curious about point scaling.
Injury Resist:
- Levels 1-25 (1% per point.)
- Levels 25+ (.05% per point.)
Hunger Drain:
- Levels 1-20 (1% per point.)
- Levels 20+ (.05% per point.)
Stamina Usage Reduction:
- Levels 1-10 (1% per point.)
- Levels 10-30 (05% per point.)
- Levels 30+ (.025% per point.)
Poison/Hot/Cold/Spore/Drowsy Resist:
- Levels 1-10 (2% per point.)
- Levels 10-40 (1% per point.)
- Levels 40+ (.05% per point.)
Health/Petrify Regen:
- Yea, this one is kind of hard to measure. But it scales linearly.
Item Uses:
- Levels 1-20 (1% chance to not consume a use of multiple use items per point.)
- Levels 20+ (.5% per point.)
Adrenaline(Every 5 minutes press F to recover some stamina):
- Levels 1-10 (1% stamina recovery when used.)
- Levels 11+ (.5% per point.)
Tenacity(Every 15 minutes press F to recover from various status effects):
- Recover 0.5 injury per point.
- Recover 1 Poison/Hot/Cold/Drowsy/Spore per point.
Carry Weight Reduction:
- Levels 1-10 (1% weight reduction. per point.)
- Levels 11+ (.5% per point.)
Install & use Install: BepInEx plugin
- The archive from playbuff is the mod itself — usually a BepInEx plugin (a .dll or a plugin folder once unzipped).
- Recommended: use a community mod manager (such as r2modman) — pick this game, import the mod, and the manager sets up BepInEx and its dependencies for you.
- Manual route: install the BepInEx loader in the game folder, then drop the unzipped .dll or plugin folder into BepInEx/plugins/.
- Launch the game — the BepInEx console logs every plugin it loads; seeing this mod in the log means it is installed.
Mods with listed dependencies need those installed too, or they will not load. Options are usually changed in-game or in the plugin's config file.
