SpongePEAKTweaked
Host-controlled run rules: scale or disable stamina, hunger, damage and individual statuses. Also lets you change your in-game name from the passport.

SpongePEAKTweaked
Let the host set the rules for the run, and pick the name other players see.
Press F4 to open the panel.
- Survival — turn stamina or hunger off entirely, or scale how fast they drain
- Damage — turn damage off, or scale all damage and fall damage independently
- Statuses — an independent scale for every status: Cold, Hot, Poison, Curse, Drowsy, Spores, Thorns and the rest
Scales run from 0.01x (1% of normal) to 5x.
Features
Every feature can be switched off individually, in the config file or in the game's
Settings > Mods tab.
| Feature | Default | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| CampfireSafeZone | on | Near a lit campfire, stops stamina drain and optionally lets the gloom pause when any player is resting rather than all of them. Hunger protection is already vanilla. |
| CustomName | on | Adds a 'change name' control to the passport, letting you pick the name other players see. Until you set one, your Steam name is used. |
| RunTweaks | on | Lets the host scale or disable stamina, hunger, damage and individual statuses for everyone. |
Everyone installs it, the host sets it
Clients can open the panel to see the current rules, but cannot change them. Settings
replicate automatically, and players who join mid-run get the current rules straight away.
If the host leaves, whoever takes over keeps the rules the run was already using.
Change your in-game name
Open your passport and click [ change name ] under your name.
The name is what everyone else sees: above your character, in the connection log and on the
scoreboard. Your passport number updates to match. It persists across restarts, and players
without the mod see it too.
Until you choose a name, your Steam name is used, exactly as normal. This is per-player
rather than host-controlled, because a name is not a rule of the run.
Requirements
Requires SpongePEAKCore and SpongePEAKLib. Everything defaults to vanilla, so installing it
changes nothing until a host chooses to.

Keybinds
| Key | Opens | Setting |
|---|---|---|
| F4 | Run rules panel | PanelHotkey |
All rebindable, in the config file or in Settings > Mods.
Two more entry points are buttons, not keys: RUN RULES in the pause menu, which only
the host can use, and the rename control beside your name on the passport.
Configuration
Every setting is in BepInEx/config/com.sponge.peaktweaked.cfg, or in the game's own
Settings > Mods tab.
Identity
| Setting | Type | Default | What it does |
|---|---|---|---|
| DisplayName | text | `` | Your in-game name. Empty means use the Steam name. Editable from the passport. |
| CustomName | on/off | true | Adds a 'change name' control to the passport, letting you pick the name other players see. Until you set one, your Steam name is used. (replaces ) |
Tweaks
| Setting | Type | Default | What it does |
|---|---|---|---|
| PanelHotkey | key | F4 | Key that opens the run tweaks panel. |
| CampfireSafeRadius | number | 15 | How close to a lit campfire stamina protection reaches, in metres. |
| CampfireRelaxFogRule | on/off | true | Vanilla pauses the gloom only while EVERY player is near the fire. With this on, one resting player is enough, so a scout going ahead does not restart the timer for the group. |
| RunTweaks | on/off | true | Lets the host scale or disable stamina, hunger, damage and individual statuses for everyone. (replaces ) |
| CampfireSafeZone | on/off | true | Near a lit campfire, stops stamina drain and optionally lets the gloom pause when any player is resting rather than all of them. Hunger protection is already vanilla. |
Install & use Install: BepInEx plugin
- The archive from playbuff is the mod itself — usually a BepInEx plugin (a .dll or a plugin folder once unzipped).
- Recommended: use a community mod manager (such as r2modman) — pick this game, import the mod, and the manager sets up BepInEx and its dependencies for you.
- Manual route: install the BepInEx loader in the game folder, then drop the unzipped .dll or plugin folder into BepInEx/plugins/.
- Launch the game — the BepInEx console logs every plugin it loads; seeing this mod in the log means it is installed.
Mods with listed dependencies need those installed too, or they will not load. Options are usually changed in-game or in the plugin's config file.
Install these first, or the mod will not work:
