self observation window
Use the standalone camera to open a small window on the screen and see your own character in third person. Optional: Only climbing on/key switch, two display modes, the small window will be closed only after 3 seconds of non-climbing by default to support various peak climbing techniques. Only the client needs to be installed.
Function
- 1~4 small windows: the number, position and size can be adjusted. Default is 1 in the upper left corner, 420x280. Each small window has its own position and size, and can also be placed automatically according to "corner + margin + spacing".
- By default, it is only displayed when climbing: the small window will automatically open when climbing a wall, pulling a rope, or swinging a vine; it will stay for another 3 seconds before closing when it stops. It supports click climbing to avoid the flash switch when changing the small window. The grace seconds can be adjusted from 0 to 30 seconds. You can also turn off this switch to keep the small window hanging in the office.
- Each small window has a set of camera positions: distance, height offset, left and right offset, circumferential angle, and field of view angle can be adjusted individually. The default is 10 meters directly behind the character and 1 meter above the center of the character. There are also one-click presets: directly behind, directly in front, left, right, and top view.
- Each small window has two display modes, and each has a shortcut key: on the "Window" page, select "Follow Timing" (automatically switches on and off according to the climbing rules above, default) or "Key Switch" (on/off only recognizes buttons, not affected by climbing) for each small window. The latter can be tied to a shortcut key: short press to turn on/off, check "Long press to switch display mode" and then press and hold (default 1 second, adjustable according to the window) to switch between the two modes. The switching prompt is displayed directly on the small window, and no keys are occupied by default.
- Layout mode, directly drag to position: Turn on this switch in the panel, the small window is forced to always appear, the mouse is unlocked, and your character operation is temporarily frozen. You can directly drag the small window and drag the lower right corner to zoom. The position and size are written back to the configuration file after letting go. This mode does not write the configuration itself, and it will exit when the switch is turned off.
- The panel color can be selected and switched between Chinese and English: the "Color Color" page adjusts 15 colors one by one, including window background, card, text, accent color, and small window stroke, with color block preview, #RRGGBB input box, R/G/B fine-tuning, three sets of presets, and a contrast check list (just brighten the "Small Text Color" if the small text cannot be seen clearly). There is a button to the right of "Zoom" at the bottom of the panel to switch between Chinese/English with one click.
- There is no HUD in the small window: the window camera excludes the UI layer, and the crosshair and other Mod's panels will not appear in the small window.

Install & use Install: BepInEx plugin
- The archive from playbuff is the mod itself — usually a BepInEx plugin (a .dll or a plugin folder once unzipped).
- Recommended: use a community mod manager (such as r2modman) — pick this game, import the mod, and the manager sets up BepInEx and its dependencies for you.
- Manual route: install the BepInEx loader in the game folder, then drop the unzipped .dll or plugin folder into BepInEx/plugins/.
- Launch the game — the BepInEx console logs every plugin it loads; seeing this mod in the log means it is installed.
Mods with listed dependencies need those installed too, or they will not load. Options are usually changed in-game or in the plugin's config file.
Install these first, or the mod will not work:
