Foothold?
Foothold? is a mod for PEAK that visualizes standable ground. This is meant to be used when you're unsure if a part of the wall will work as a foothold or not.
What is "vibes"?
The vibes branch is used for AI-assisted development. If you'd rather use a version of the mod that doesn't contain any AI-generated code, stick to main.
Usage
By default, it continuously shows markers in a 10x10x10 cube around you. A white ball means the ground is standable and a red ball means the ground is not standable. No balls will appear on ground that is less than a 30 degree slope for performance reasons, as it's obvious enough on its own. (And the red ones are more important anyway)
There are config options to change it to only activate on keypress (default F key).
Configuration
You can configure the activation key in the configuration file at BepInEx/config/Foothold.cfg. It will be autogenerated by BepInEx the first time you run the mod. You can also enable "Fade Away" or "Toggle" mode in the config.

Install & use Install: BepInEx plugin
- The archive from playbuff is the mod itself — usually a BepInEx plugin (a .dll or a plugin folder once unzipped).
- Recommended: use a community mod manager (such as r2modman) — pick this game, import the mod, and the manager sets up BepInEx and its dependencies for you.
- Manual route: install the BepInEx loader in the game folder, then drop the unzipped .dll or plugin folder into BepInEx/plugins/.
- Launch the game — the BepInEx console logs every plugin it loads; seeing this mod in the log means it is installed.
Mods with listed dependencies need those installed too, or they will not load. Options are usually changed in-game or in the plugin's config file.
