Scout Effigy Selector
Overview
Tired of rolling the dice when trying to save your run?
In the vanilla game, using a Scout Effigy resurrects a random dead teammate. When multiple people are down, relying on RNG to bring back your most valuable player is frustrating. Scout Effigy Selector completely removes this randomness and let's you choose.
Features
- Targeted Resurrection: Upon using a Scout Effigy, a brand-new, custom UI menu appears instead of instantly triggering a random revive.
- Clean Player List: The interface cleanly displays all currently dead players in your lobby. Choose a name with hotkeys and then use an Effigy.
- Large Lobby Friendly: A must-have quality-of-life upgrade for lobbies with more than 4 players, where the RNG revive pool is diluted.
- Configurable Easily customize font size, color and hotkeys via the Config editor.

Install & use Install: BepInEx plugin
- The archive from playbuff is the mod itself — usually a BepInEx plugin (a .dll or a plugin folder once unzipped).
- Recommended: use a community mod manager (such as r2modman) — pick this game, import the mod, and the manager sets up BepInEx and its dependencies for you.
- Manual route: install the BepInEx loader in the game folder, then drop the unzipped .dll or plugin folder into BepInEx/plugins/.
- Launch the game — the BepInEx console logs every plugin it loads; seeing this mod in the log means it is installed.
Mods with listed dependencies need those installed too, or they will not load. Options are usually changed in-game or in the plugin's config file.
