About this mod Machine translation
The Progressive Work Suitability of "Phantom Parlu" makes the base Parlu better at corresponding positions as it works.
Module introduction
ProgressiveWorkSuitability will gradually improve the suitability of the corresponding job when the base paru is actually engaged in a certain job, up to level 10. Progress is calculated individually for individual pallu and saved across game sessions.
Features
- Palu only improves the type of work he is actually performing.
- Pallu of the same type will grow separately according to their work experience.
- Supports 13 job types, including fire making, watering, seeding, power generation, crafting, gathering, logging, mining, oil extraction, pharmaceuticals, cooling, handling and ranching.
- Only use the game's own adaptive system and do not write to `.sav` save files.
Prerequisites
You need to install the following prerequisites before use:
- UE4SS
Installation instructions
- First install UE4SS available in Palworld.
- After unzipping, put the `ProgressiveWorkSuitability` folder into `Palworld\Pal\Binaries\Win64\ue4ss\Mods`.
- You should be able to see `ue4ss\Mods\ProgressiveWorkSuitability\enabled.txt` and `ue4ss\Mods\ProgressiveWorkSuitability\Scripts\main.lua` after placement.
Notes
- You can edit `Scripts\config.lua` to adjust the growth speed; you need to restart the game after modification.
- This module will only improve the existing job types of the Palu, and cannot add new types of jobs that are not already available to a single Palu.
- Designed for a single-player or self-hosted world; non-hosted multiplayer clients will not drive growth.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
