Fully automated managed field tree watering -- Fully Automated Irrigation

🔮 Chinese
✨ Function description
2025.11.14: Changed to another implementation method and fixed the problem of automatic watering the next day. However, this implementation method is very inefficient and is a helpless move.
2025.11.17: Changed the implementation of the plug-in again, fixed the BUG that automatic watering may not be triggered when used with the "Close Store Pause Time" Mod, and fixed the BUG that newly reclaimed farmland and trees would not automatically water. Because the economy of the Rome map is very difficult in the early stage, and the watering action itself is completely free, the automatic watering cost of each farmland and tree is adjusted to 1 gold coin.
background
This Mod doesn’t have any special background story. I just thought it wouldn’t be pretty to put a big showerhead in a field or a bunch of trees, so I came up with this Mod.
Fully automatic watering
Fully automatic watering of your fields and trees:
- ⚙️ Full scene automatic watering coverage
- When you enter the game, it will automatically water you. Each watering object will deduct money from your account at the price of 10C (according to the fact that a large shower can water 24 fields and the maintenance cost of 250C, it is roughly 10C per field)
- Automatic watering when players cultivate fields
- Automatically water trees when players place them
📦 Technical details
- Weather detection and automatic irrigation
It is implemented through the BlockTree.CheckRainServer post-patch. Through the CheckRainServer method, you can know whether it is raining on the map. In the case of rain, the fields and trees will not be irrigated twice, and your 10C will not be collected.
- compatibility
This Mod does not intercept or modify any method of the game, and theoretically there will be no other Mods that conflict with the Mod.

✨ Feature Description
2025.11.14
Switched to an alternative implementation method to fix the issue where automatic watering would not trigger the next day. This temporary solution addresses the problem at the cost of lower efficiency, and was adopted as a last resort.
2025.11.17:
- Reimplemented the plugin once again.
- Fixed an issue where automatic watering would occasionally fail to trigger when used alongside the "Store Closure & Pause Time" mod.
- Fixed a bug where newly cultivated fields and trees were not being watered automatically.
- Due to the severe early-game economic constraints in the Rome map and the fact that the watering action itself is completely free, the cost for automatic watering has been adjusted to 1 gold coin per field and per tree.
Background
This mod doesn't have any special background story. It was simply created because placing a large sprinkler in the middle of farmland and trees looked aesthetically unpleasing, which led to the creation of this mod.
Fully Automatic Irrigation
Automatically waters your farmland and trees:
- ⚙️ Full-scenario Automatic Irrigation Coverage
- Automatically waters all farmland and trees when entering the game. Each irrigation operation will deduct 10C from your account (based on a large sprinkler's capacity of 24 tiles with 250C maintenance cost, approximately 10C per tile)
- Automatically waters newly cultivated farmland
- Automatically waters newly planted trees
📦 Technical Details
- Weather Detection & Automatic Irrigation
Implemented through a post-patch of BlockTree.CheckRainServer. By leveraging the CheckRainServer method, the mod detects rainfall status on the map. During rainfall, farmland and trees will not receive duplicate irrigation, and no 10C charges will be applied.
- Compatibility
This mod does not intercept or modify any game methods, making it theoretically conflict-free with other mods.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- Most mods rely on the game's mod loader — the usual route is a community mod manager (such as r2modman): pick this game, install, and it handles the loader and dependencies.
- For a manual install, put the mod files into the matching Mod / plugins folder inside the game directory.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; mods with listed dependencies need those installed as well.
Install locations vary a lot between mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
Install these first, or the mod will not work:
