XO16 cut skin reimplemented.
For some reason, Respawn left a cut skin for the XO16 in the game files.
It's pretty similar to the XO16 from Titanfall 1, but it has all of the fancy material effects and a higher resolution to boot.
I have no idea why Respawn didn't use this for Monarch instead of the XO16 with BT's color scheme.
It's nice to have if the non-neutrality of the default XO16 skin bugs you the same way it does me.
Install & use Install: Northstar client mod
- Install the Northstar client first (the open-source community client for Titanfall 2; its release page provides an installer). It loads the mods.
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and put its contents into the Northstar/mods/ folder inside your Titanfall2 directory.
- Start the game through NorthstarLauncher.exe — the console lists the mods it loaded.
Northstar is for private servers and custom content; do not use it to connect to official servers.
