3 Sightless SMGs

Remove the SMGs sights models on CAR, Volt and R97. Because why not when your spread_air_hip value is 0. Does nothing on the Alternator because like a lot of other guns, the Alter ironsight don't need to be removed since the player don't see the ironsight while using an alternative sight and so Respawn tought it would be a good idea to weld the ironsight to the gun model. (it is)

Only affect the first person gun because 1) doing ts on 3rd person models is like double the work and 2) let's say it's still interesting to know what the other players are using on their guns? (should be the No.1 reason it's so usefull!)

Because the sight reticule is attached to the sight model this part of the UI is also gone. I probably could have kept it by making transparent sight skins rather than just making the model 1000x smaller but I don't know how to do that yet, maybe in the futur if I don't forget about it. Oh yeah also because of the technique mod isn't compatible with any other car volt or r9 custom model cry about it. Or maybe if really the mdl i above all others in the tier list i could make an exeption and send you a sightless version of it. DM me for that.

Now maybe i should make a cosmetic mod that no one would care about to keep the reticule visible on hipfire? Or maybe not. But maybe yes. I mean it wouldn't be the firt time i upload some useless shit i'm the only using on my client.
