Modded Bleedout Game

Fixes the bleedout mechanic. It no longer crashes your server and can be modified

Use the playlistvar modded_bleedout 1 to enable an apex-like gamemode

Modded Bleedout Gamemode Mechanics:

• Only pilots in battle, I think any gamemode is able to play with it.
• Players respawn with 125 HP and 100 shields.
• Some weapons are re-balanced to fit high ttk fights.( you can turn it off through the playlistvar bleedout_balanced_loadout 0 )
• After health drains out, player will become unarmed and can be revived by their teammates.
• Try to fire after being downed will open your knockdown shield.
• Press USE behide a downed enemy will perform an execution.
• Reviving a teammate or executing an enemy will restore 80 shields.
• Earn scores( killing enemy or get score from other sources ) to get shield batteries.
• Press BOOST key will use your emergency battery as a shield battery, or use the battery on your back. They fully restores your shields.

You can turn on player_bleedout_forceDeathOnTeamBleedout in elimination gamemodes such as LiveFire or FastBall, it will be better

This mod also contains tons of fixes about northstar server-side, you can enjoy any gamemode now.

Known issues:

• No shield remaining display for pilots
• Shiled damage won't display on damage flyouts
• Knockdown shield looks silly
• Sometimes a player will unable to use any offhand, no idea why
• Chargehack charge rifle will have a extremely low damage
