Mastiff Kill Counter Fix — Ao Quan kill counter correction

Reposition the Mastiff's kill counter along the Picatinny rail so that it no longer follows the linkage that opens when firing.

What it changes

• The counter moves to its new position - the case and holographic numbers translate together, showing that the fit is exactly the same as before.

• The counter no longer shakes when firing - in the original design, the skeleton of the counter is hung under the left link flap (def_l_link_flap) that opens when firing, so it will move with the opening action when firing; this module hangs it under the main body skeleton of the gun (def_c_base).

NOTE: The player's hand will slightly obscure the counter

Technically, only 2 data in ptpov_mastiff.mdl were changed:

mdl has a "binding inverse matrix" pre-stored inside, so changing the binding position will simultaneously drive the geometry (shell) and bone hanging points (RUI holographic numbers) - the displacements of the two are exactly the same, so there will be no misalignment of the numbers and the shell.

Compatibility / Compatibility

• Pure client, other players cannot see it; damage, spread and hit determination are not modified.
• Replaces the entire ptpov_mastiff.mdl: conflicts with any mod that also replaces this file (last loader takes effect).
• RUI segments, materials, and animations are all kept as they are - this module does not recompile the model, and only changes 2 values ​​​​in the original mdl.
