- BepInEx — BepInExPack for Mycopunk 5.4.2403 or compatible
- SparrohUILib — required UI library
Building
- Clone this repository
- Open the solution in Visual Studio, Rider, or your preferred C# IDE
- Build in Release mode to generate the DLL
Alternatively, use the.NET CLI:
dotnet build --configuration Release
Output: bin/Release/netstandard2.1/Carnometer.dll
Installing (recommended):
- Install with a mod manager (e.g. r2modman or App)
- Ensure SparrohUILib is also installed (declared as a dependency)
Manual installation:
- Install BepInEx and SparrohUILib for Mycopunk
- Place Carnometer.dll in /BepInEx/plugins/
The mod loads automatically through BepInEx when the game starts. Check the BepInEx log for a successful load message.

Settings are in /BepInEx/config/sparroh.carnometer.cfg.

Changes to the config file are reloaded automatically. Enable/disable and anchor updates apply while the game is
running.
Note: Upgrading from 2.0.x renames several config keys (Enable Carnometer → Enable Damage HUD, etc.). Old keys
are ignored; set the new ones if you had custom values.
Help
- Mod not loading? Verify BepInEx and SparrohUILib are installed, then check the BepInEx log for errors
- HUD not appearing? Ensure the relevant enable toggle is true and you are in a mission with a local player
- Stats not resetting? Stats reset when a new mission HUD spawns; leave and re-enter a mission if needed
- Position wrong? Adjust each HUD's X/Y anchors, or drag if HudRepositionAPI is available

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- Most mods rely on the game's mod loader — the usual route is a community mod manager (such as r2modman): pick this game, install, and it handles the loader and dependencies.
- For a manual install, put the mod files into the matching Mod / plugins folder inside the game directory.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; mods with listed dependencies need those installed as well.
Install locations vary a lot between mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
