There are two different settings files for this module, both located in \Modules\RandomEvents\ModuleData (they are generated the first time the module is run)
GeneralSettings.json - This file controls the module settings itself, for example you can change the time interval between random events.
RandomEventSettings.json - contains a number of different settings for each random event. It can be adjusted to change things like the chance of an event occurring or event-specific variables.

- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
