Removed loading screens from basically all map interactions. Includes lords, bandits, villagers, caravans and small faction gatherings

Interacting with looters, bandits, and enemy lords now uses menus instead of dialogue interactions. This will remove at least two unnecessary loading screens.

To only have looters and bandits affected, change it as follows: You can add or change modes as needed. To make all parties affected again, just leave the list blank or annotate its entries with default settings (like default settings.xml). Manual installation: - Extract the zip file to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Mount & Blade II Bannerlord\Modules. - Make sure the SubModule.xml and bin folders are now located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Mount & Blade II Bannerlord\Modules\MBFastDialogue- Navigate to Modules>MBFastDialogue>bin>Win64_Shipping_Client in your game files. -Right click on "MBFastDialogue.dll" and click Properties
