Extract the mod folder to the modules folder:

Activate the mod in the mod launcher.

Configuration

Configurations are simple JSON files located in the main mod folder. You can simply change its content using a text editor.

PopUp - Can be true or false. This will change the popup before combat. Set this to false if you want to walk among soldiers or ride in front of them.

CultureSensitive - Can be true or false. explained above. Since you can't change the original culture, you might want to disable this culture (i.e. start creating Battanians, but join the Aserai dressed up as Aserai and use solder. But still act like a Battanian

MinimumSoldierCount talks like - can be any number. This is the minimum number of people you have for your speech, if your army count is lower than this number it will fight like a normal Bannerlord.

MinimumEnemyCount - can be any number. This is the minimum number of enemy soldiers in your speech. This prevents you from giving an interesting courageous speech to 900+ soldiers against 10 marauders.
