About this mod Machine translation

Adds a new unit tree to players based on the Eastern Roman Empire.

illustrate:

Added a new unit tree based on the Eastern Roman Empire/Post-Roman Empire (4th century) for players only.

New items based on historical Roman armor and weapons have also been added

There are many units whose functions are similar to their historical counterparts (the 4th century Roman army).

The unit tree is split into two halves with the left part focusing primarily on melee units, while the right part focuses on ranged units.

Installation method:

ATC-Adonnay's Troop Changer is required to function properly, so please subscribe on and install the latest version manually.

For this mod, it can be installed manually by dragging and dropping it into Mount & Blade II Bannerlord > Modules. Just enable the mod (Eastern Roman Troops) along with ATC-Adonnay's Troop Changer in the game launcher.

Download ATC.modconfig.XML and put it into AdonnaysTroopChanger/Config.

Do not use modscan in the game, if you have it enabled, disable it and restart the game.

Load the Immunity and Prosperity Zones and the troops should spawn in the Imperial Settlement (even if you create a new game, you still have to save the game and load it again for the troops to spawn).

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
