Install
- Download the latest reshade
- Install reshade through its guide to the Bannerlord.exe file. When prompted, select the Direct3D 10/11/12 option.
- Select all shader packages, then download and install them.
- Drag "Movie Presets" into the Win64_Shipping_Client folder. Located here: Steam\steamapps\common\Mount & Blade II Bannerlord\bin\Win64_Shipping_Client
- Start Bannerlord. Press "Home" and complete this tutorial. Then select "Movie Presets" or "Cinema Presets" from the preset drop-down menu and it will load. Press the Home button to close the shadow menu.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
