I hate to put this kind of warning in front of other important things. But since people generally don't check the entire thread, this word of warning becomes increasingly important...
Please use DirectX 9 to run this mod, otherwise there will be some weird grafic bugs like gasmask streaming in the player:

Game introduction
- Some weapons, MGs and engineering tools can be used in two ways (X key function):
Automatic gun: The default firing position is on the shooter's shoulder, suitable for attacking medium and long-range targets. The second shooting position is at the waist, which is good for close combat.
Coehorns: You can change the initial velocity at the same angle, i.e. in real life, by adjusting some knobs on it. In the game, the initial velocity of the default fire function is approximately 2 times that of the secondary fire function.
Engineering Tools: Tools (hammers, picks and shovels) can be used in construction and demolition. The weapon symbols in the lower right corner of the screen indicate which function you are using: 2 crossing each other means construction, and only 1 is used for demolition like a normal weapon symbol.
Engineering Projects: If it is a multifunctional project, the default function always means the shorter function. For example, the default ladder for short ladders is 5 meters (8 meters for longer ladders), and the default for wire mesh is 2 meters (3 meters for longer networks).

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
