Warband Minimalistic HUD

Warband Minimalistic HUD health bar interface

NOTE: Make a backup. I will not provide you with any backup. Make sure to back up any files you overwrite. Just rename it.

To install, just drop your favorite files into Warband/Textures. If it doesn't change you may need to overwrite the one in the textures folder of whatever mod you're using, but I recommend not because usually if a modder goes through the trouble of making a custom HUD you should be playing with that mod.

There are currently several versions available:

• No HUD (health and shields disappear completely)
• No boundaries (healthy boundaries disappear)
• Critical only (no borders and shield icon appears only on critical levels)
• No shield (no border and shield icon disappears completely)

I personally recommend Only Critical because that's what I use. What I plan to do next is add a shadow and possibly transparency to make the health bar look less out of place. Also, if you want a certain version, let me know in the comments and I'll see what I can do. Thanks for downloading, please feel free to report any bugs or differences as this is in Beta stage.

If it isn't changing you may need to overwrite the one in the texture folder of whatever module you're using however I'd suggest you don't because usually if a modder goes through the trouble of making a custom HUD you should play with it in that mod.

Currently there are a few versions to choose from:

• No HUD (Health and shield are completely gone)
• No Borders (Health borders are gone)
• Only Critical (No Borders and Shield icon only appears at critical level)
• No Shield (No Borders and Shield icon is completely gone)

I personally recommend Only Critical as that is what I use. What I plan next is to add drop shadows and possible transparency to make the health bar look less out of place.
