About this mod Machine translation
What's this:
It is a combination of mods that greatly improves the faces of all characters, especially females.
feature:
Merge Iboltax's male face replacer with Adeline and Waswar's female face replacer.
Women's new vibrant eye texture
New facial textures for men. (from other authors)
Changed to a vanilla female hair.
Restoring male ponytail hair back to vanilla.
Switch the female ponytail hair to the male version.
Clean and reorganize BRF files.
Require:
Native Mount & Blade: Warband, v1.170 (reportedly works on other versions too)
Floris Mod Pack v2.55e version available
Install:
Unzip the archive into the module's folder (usually "Steam\steamapps\common\MountBlade Warband\Modules\Native")
Overwrite existing files.
Alternatively, I recommend doing this:
Copy Native module
rename it
Install the mod into your copy
This way you can always restore it in case something goes wrong.
Warning: Female characters created with this mod will appear distorted in other people's multiplayer games (if they don't have this or the original Adeline and Waswar's mods). To avoid this, follow the detailed instructions here.

Note: If the following instructions don't work for you, or you encounter errors or other problems - please do not ask me for help. I won't explain how to make it work with other mods because I would have to dig deep into the files and relearn everything related to Mount & Blade modding. You might as well do it yourself - it will be just as effective, if not more so. If you don't want to go through trial and error (my way), check out the TaleWorlds forum, there are some guides and tutorials that might help you. But don't expect anyone to give you a simple solution...when it comes to changing this game, *everything* is more complicated than it should be.
To install this replacement into a non-native module, extract everything as usual but do not overwrite "module.ini". Instead, open this file (the module's folder) with any text editor, find the section of each line that begins with "load_resource" (which may also contain "load_mod_resource" or "load_module_resource"), and add the following lines to the top:

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
