Upgraded Native native items
I didn't really do anything myself but unlock these native items that were already crafted but not added to the original. Ok the new troops were created by me but the stuff they use is already in the game so... first I just thought I'd change these annoying bandit upgrades to something more reasonable but then I found out this stuff is less addictive and changed some other little things too :D
--------------
Replenish:
1.Mercenarys: Boozer, geroian longbowman (I know this guy looks like a classic British longbowman:), mercenary longbowman, black dawn assassin (not the kind of assassin who kills people secretly from the shadows, just another warrior with a hired blade), mercenary club
- Helmets (leather prairie hat, byzantion helmet, magyar helmet, rus helmet, sipahi helmet, shahi, rabati, black helmet)
Armor (heraldic armor, mail and plate, light mail and plate armor, black armor)
Boots (black shin guards)
Weapons (blade, khergit sword)
Shield (Large, Combat, Nomad, Norman 1-8 [named kite shield in game])
- Bandit Leader: Raider Boss, Forest Bandit Leader, Mountain Bandit Leader, Sea Raid Captain, Steppe Chief, Noble Bastard, Oasis Warden
Corrections: 1.
You can now rescue prisoners from Chalbek Castle (the prison door blocks the way to talk to your companions).2. Upgrading the tree is now more logical. (After upgrading, bandits will not recruit new soldiers, they become more experienced soldiers, such as bandits becoming Rodek crossbowmen or spearmen)
About Boozer: You can upgrade this guy into the greatest warrior in the entire game! He is at level 1 when you hire him, but with little to no combat he can even reach level 40
I didn't really make anything by myself, just unlocked these already made but not added to the original native items. Well new troops are created by me but they use same stuff that already is in the game so... First I just thought that I'd change these annoying bandit upgrades to more reasonable but then I found this thing little addicting and changed some other minor things too:D

Added:
1.Mercenarys: boozer, geroian longbowman(I know this guy looks like classic english longbowman:), mercenary pikeman, black dawn assassin (not that kind of assassin who kills people secretly from shadows, just a another warrior like hired blades), mercenary clubman

3.Leaders to bandit groups: looter boss, forest bandit leader, mountain bandit leader, sea raider captain, steppe chieftain, noble bastard son, oasis warden
Fixed:
1.Now you can rescue prisoners from Chalbek Castle (the doors in prison blocked the way to talk to your companions)
2.Bandit upgrade trees are now more logical. (when upgraded, bandits don't come recruits, they turn into some more experienced soldiers like mountain bandits become rhodok crossbowmen or spearmen)
About boozer: You can upgrade this dude to greatest warrior of the whole game! He's at level one when you hire him but with little fighting he can reach even level 40。
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
