I got permission from Brendan (A2K) a while ago to edit the original base mesh and textures he and Narf made for the Prophesy of Pendor mod, on the condition that I wouldn't release any work specific to his Prophesy of Pendor, or anything that had already been released by Narf in one of his packs, just the base items for OSP and the armor and textures I reworked, and on the condition that I give them all credit for their work.
It's 'Englyshe style' 15th century plate armor gear used in Warband, taken from some Osprey books and iconography posted online. Most of the plate armor I've done so far is from the era that encompassed the Hundred Years' War, although the last one was based on armor worn by Ralph Fitzherbert during the Wars of the Roses, so there's a good 50-60 years between the first and last sets of armor in the pack.
I have decided to release these to anyone interested in using them for personal use, even for personal use, but in this case I will ask that all contributors receive credit.
This is still a work in progress as I usually use Medieval 2 for modding and I'm still new to the whole texture and mesh editing scene for all of this, so please be gentle with your feedback.

It's taken me over a month but this is just my first attempt to make some historically accurate (or as close as I can get) 'Englyshe style' 15th Century Plate armour for Warband and are taken from references from a few Osprey books and effigies posted online. Most of the plate armour I've done so far is from the era encompassing the Hundred Years War, although the last one is based on the armour worn by Ralph Fitzherbert who fought during the War of the Roses, so there's a goo …
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
