Hello everyone!
I would like to introduce you to my modification for Mount & Blade - Warband - Shogun Mod.
This mode is about Japan's Sengoku period - one of the country's largest civil wars.
So this is all for now. What's new in my mod (for now):
All old kingdoms renamed clans (Clans/Families: Imagawa, Hojo, Oda, Mori, Takeda, Shimazu)
Two new factions added: Monk-Fanatics and New World (Portuguese and Spanish) - Not playable
Lots of new weapons: katana, no-dachi, odachi, wakizashi, tanto, yari, naginata, nagamaki and many more
New beautiful samurai and ashigaru armor and helmet (kabuto)
New sounds (More Metal Sounds Mod), Music (from Shogun - Total War)
Diplomacy Mod v3.0 (available in English and Polish)
Almost every lord's name was changed to a random Japanese name

The new city - Tokyo, starts from scratch, with beautiful temples, huge castles and arenas. Not finished yet, but now you can see how it will look in the next version :)

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
