New Original Music New Original Music
Nice people! This is my first music article and I think it's better than a music game.
Let me tell you the inspiration behind creating the music for this game. I sat here playing the game for a few hours and I just realized that the music sucks. Maybe it won't bore you, but I remember the days when video game music was so exciting. I continued reading on youtube and listening to some classic old school music on systems like the Nintendo SNES and Saga. It's been over a decade since I've played these systems and I still remember tuning these classic songs. To me, the people behind making the music don't care now, it's just a job to them. So I said, "You know what, I'm going to make some music for the best war game I've ever played." This is the result. If you guys like the music and want me to continue, then I will continue. It took me several hours to create these files because I am in my senior year of college and time is not on my side. But if you guys really appreciate your passion for playing games outside of music, then I'm going to go ahead and make music that you can enjoy while slicing up some Rhodoks. enjoy
Installation notes:
All you have to do is find your game folder, unzip this folder into your music folder, and you're good to go. (For newbies) Yes, overwrite files. Although you might want to listen to them first to see if you want to take this game to music.
Please leave a comment and let me know what's wrong with these tracks or what you think of them. I need to know some feedback so I can tell if it's a waste.
Ok people! This is my first post of some music that I think is just better then the music ingame.
Let me tell you that inspiration behind making the music for this game. I was sitting here playing the game for hours and I just realized that the music sucked. Maybe it doesn't suck to you but I remember the days when video game music was made with passion. I went on to youtube to listen to some classic old school music that were on systems like Nintendo SNES and Saga. It has been more then a decade since I have played these systems and I still remember tune for tune these classic songs. Seem to me the people behind making the music now just don't really care and it's just a job to them.So I said, " You know what, I'm going to create some music for the best War game I've ever Played". And this is the result of it. If you guys like the music and want me to continue, then I shall continue. It took me multiple hours to create these files and since I'm in my Senior year in college, time is not on my side. But if you guys really appreciate the passion beyond the music that you play your games with, then I will continue to make music that you can enjoy while slicing up some Rhodoks. Enjoy
Installation Notes:
All you have to do is find your game folder, unzip this folder inside the music folder and you will be good to go. (For the noobs) Yes, overwrite the files. All though you might want to listen to them first to see if you want to play this game to the music.
Please leave comments to let me know whats wrong with the tracks or whats right about them. I need to know some feedback so i can tell if its a waste posting this or not.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
