summary:

This is a simple mode I made to make the game tougher. I'm not a skilled enough modder to add new aspects to the game, so I apologize for not having anything new like ships, naval battles or anything like that. This mod is designed to make certain aspects of M&B tougher for players, and some aspects easier. Troops, for example, face much greater difficulty, but at the same time you can control more powerful troops because of the heavy troop upgrades. In addition to adjustments to items, etc., this mod is mainly intended to increase the difficulty of combat. If you use Campaign and Combat AI set to maximum, and maximum damage settings, you're going to have a hard time. It really makes the game more challenging. For those who want a challenge, but don't want to be brutally defeated, just reduce your damage to 1/2 the player's damage. You may feel pathetic doing this, but trust me, it's still very difficult. You'll still have enemies that give you one shot to the head, high damage per swing, etc. This mod is meant to give you a challenge so even the lowest level troops will be difficult. If you're inexperienced, you might even find yourself fighting farmers or townsfolk.

Warning: While I think this is a benefit, there is a potential drawback to this model. Now the armies are almost the same (Vaegir Archers are no longer better than Nord Archers, Swadian Sharpshooters, etc.) (Swadian Knights are no longer better than Vaegir Knights, Sarranid Marmlukes, etc.). Some people may not like this, but I did it to make each unit truly difficult to face. While some may consider this a drawback, I happen to like it. For example, if you stick to the Northern team's playstyle and only use Nord units, you won't have such a disadvantage against units that typically have better archers. Additionally, your Nord Huscarls won't just be mowed down by other armies' infantry, making the game more challenging.

Troops：

• All armies, lords and kings have received major upgrades.
