Floris Expanded - Army expansion

Overview

Normally, polar troops would not always have it as part of their equipment at the beginning of a battle. This can lead to some frustrating situations where you need a dedicated armed force, but most of them don't have the weapons necessary for the job. This model from Floris Expanded ensures that the Polar Force will always have a Polar Arm, preventing this from happening. This works with Floris Expanded V2.54/V2.55 and works with all 3 troop trees. A complete list of units guaranteed to receive guns is included in the readme.

Install

Copy army.txt from the zip file to your Floris Expanded folder, which is usually located in the modules folder of the base Mount & Blade: Warband game.

Notice

This mod is incompatible, you need to start a new game to use it.

This mod only works with Floris Expanded V2.54/V2.55, not Gameplay or Basic, nor older versions.

This can lead to some frustrating situations in which you need a dedicated group of troops armed with polearms, but large numbers of them don't have the weapons they need for the job. This mod for Floris Expanded guarantees that polearm troops will always have a polearm, stopping such situations from occuring. This is meant for use with Floris ExpandedV2.54/V2.55 and works for all 3 troop trees. A full list of troops that are guaranteed to receive polearms is included in the readme.

Installation

Copy the troops.txt from the zip file to your Floris Expanded folder, usually located in the modules folder of the base Mount&Blade: Warband game.
