Dynamic Troop Trees - Modmerger Kit Dynamic Troop Trees
Disclaimer: This is not my job. I've repackaged this mod into modmerger format and released it for everyone's benefit with the approval of the original author, Dunde.
This source kit is a modmerger "plugin" that adds automatically generated graphical troop trees to your reporting menu. This work is based on initial work in Rubik's Custom Commander, but was rewritten to create trees dynamically. Some limitations should be noted:
- Limited support for up to 6 layers and up to 4 branches (visual)
- Limited support for up to 10 layers and up to 10 branches (data structures)
The kit also contains the enhancements added by Caba'drin in this kit's taleworlds forum thread to support merging trees (instead of expanding trees).

This source kit is a modmerger "plug in" that will add an automatically generated graphical troop tree to your reports menu. This work is done based on the initial work found in Custom Commander by Rubik, but was rewritten to dynamically create the trees. There are a few limitations that should be noted:
- Limited Support to max 6 tiers and max 4 branches (visually)
- Limited Support to max 10 tiers and max 10 branches (data structure)
The kit also contains the enhancements added by Caba'drin at this kit's taleworlds forum thread to support merging trees (as opposed to expanding ones).
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
