Decapitate and Dismember decapitation and dismemberment
Have you always wondered what King Halas would be like without a mind?
Would rescuers be less annoying if they had fewer arms?
Why not find out this small mini-model (requires Warband 1.143 or higher), which makes all enemies able to lead in most battle scenarios (excluding arenas and tournaments, and some other small mission battles) and also adds unforgivable troops, bandits and peasant parties for raiders. Cut off their arms, cut off their hands, they don't mind. This is your duty as a warrior.
It may take a few attempts to get one out of a sticky situation, but the satisfaction of a job well done cannot be underestimated.
Install:
Remember, your version of Warband must be patched to at least 1.143.
Download the .zip file.
Open it and unzip the modules folder.
Place the module folder in the Warband/Modules directory.
Select the DecapitateandDismember option on the Warband startup screen.
Play games.
Have you always wondered what King Harlaus would look like without his head?
Would Looters be less annoying if they had fewer arms?
Why not find out with this small mini-mod (requires Warband 1.143 or later) which makes all enemies be-headable in most battle scenes (excluding arena and tournament matches, and a few other minor quest fights) and also adds dismemberable troops to looter, bandit, and peasant parties. Chop off their arms, chop of their hands, they won't mind. It is your duty as a warrior.
It may take a few tries to take someone's head off their shoulders, but the satisfaction of a job well done cannot be underestimated.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
