Calradia XIV Century Calradia fourteenth century
A largely perfect native version of what a personal version of warband would be like.
The mod includes new weapons and armor, editing and re-equipping troops and lords, diplomacy options, changing siege scenarios and many minor changes.
If you like Homegrown but you think it's a bit rough I think this mod will like you.
More or less this is what you will find in the mod:
- In tournaments and arenas, archers now have a club instead of a wooden dagger to defend themselves in melee combat. Rewards and stakes changed.
- Changed names, stats and equipment of troops and lords. The armies have more diverse equipment (most armor and clothes have his faction's color, green for Rhodoks, red for Swadia, etc.) and you can better distinguish the different kingdoms on the battlefield.
- Changed looter and hunter parties. Now they have become more diverse and powerful (looters may include bandits and robbers, hunters may include slave hunters, slave chiefs, etc.)
- Changed some upgrade paths for some troops.
- All Rhodok and Nord lords are now on foot. All Northern Lords have throwing weapons (many of which are two-handed axes or polar axes) and Lord Rhodok's greatswords or heavy weapons to face their enemies.
- Diplomatic options.
- Two ladders in the scene siege.
- Better plants and taller grass.
- Better skybox.
- I've added new items, rebalanced many weapons and armor from the original game, and removed some contextual models that didn't fit the mod.
- Some adjustments (cattle following, cheaper mercenary and cavalry units, shorter siege tower construction time, etc.)
- Changed companions' starting equipment, now they start with armor and actual weapons depending on their background. Edited some faces of companions and trainers (why are trainers so ugly?)
- Custom combat characters edited, now they have better equipment.
This is a definitive version, I don't think there are major bugs or bugs in the mod, if you find something that needs fixing please report it.
Version 1.01: Changed equipment for camps, guards and camp defenders.
Version 1.02: Removed old .brf files without utility. Added femenine version of white transitional armor
Version 1.03: Changed Caravan Master's equipment. Barbuttes texture is less dark.
Version 1.04: Minor changes to some Khergit troops. Corrected some spelling errors.
Version 1.05: Added some feminine armor versions (plate armor, corrazina, gambeson...), helmets for the Sword Sisters.
Version 1.10: Probably the last version. Corrected dialogue errors and corrected all new armies to have a femenine version. Changed unit names and equipment. Delete old backup files and some unused models. Changed the game's initial date to 1357. And fully compatible with your saves!!!!
Version 1.11 (optional): This version is basically the same as 1.10, but without the plant module. The flora trees are stunning but create a bit of lag in the woody areas. In this version I changed some defective tree models using warband's basic trees and flora (basically all the trees using the tree_e texture, for some reason the transparency didn't work properly and the borders of the tree's alambric structure looked like they were floating in the air).
A largely polished version of native, mi personal version of how warband would it be.
The mod includes new weapons and armors, edited and reequiped troops and lords, diplomacy options, changed siege scenes and a lot of minor changes.
If you like native but you think that its a bit unpolished i think that this mod will like you.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
