The best way to install it is to first unzip the files from the zip into the test folder, then copy and paste the textures folder into the Blackfire module under the Warband modules directory.
I do this for all the files I download for any PC game I mod.
Never extract directly from zip to the directory where it is supposed to sit.
Sometimes these files are in a folder and the game won't read them because it's not reading the correct folder.
