Function:
- Play your campaign in single player and battle in multiplayer.
- When you fight a battle, siege or attack a village, host a multiplayer game so your friends can help you win the battle.
- Anyone who joins an MP battle can choose to be the player, a companion in the player's SP party, the lord of either team, or a random regular soldier.
- Command a division of troops or all troops of the chosen party.
- The main party inventory can be spawned during MP battles by selecting "Access Inventory" from the Esc menu before spawning or using the box at the spawn point.
- Multiplayer battles will have correct scenarios, troops (weapons and skills), banners and weather.
- After the battle, load the saved game and apply the results from the multiplayer match.
- Ideal for LAN playback or online use with voice chat and screen sharing software.
- Should be compatible with native archives.
Notice:
- \"Give me time to save\" - Leaves the encounter (so you can save) and clears the combat settings file (so you can set up the combat again).
- "Switch to bots after death" - Allows players to become regular troops (even without heroes) when picking a faction.
- \"Skip Menu Button\" - Set combat options to exit the menu and combat results are automatically saved (otherwise, use the menu options if you want to collect loot).
- \"Use spawning structures\" - Troops spawn in rows and wait 40 seconds before recharging.
- \"Disable Active Inventory\" - No inventory access and weapons are not saved from combat.
- \"Reduce damage to player\" - Reduces damage to player to 1/4 (while refilling ammo from inventory box).
- Xp messages can be toggled in Esc menu.
- Save admin panel settings when host returns to SP.
- Weapons and armor can be traded with the party inventory before spawning, weapons can only be traded after spawning.
- Weapons gathered during battle were saved. If you don't want to lose something, you can put it back in the inventory box or disable inventory from the server options.
- MS can only set some properties to 63, so imported characters may have fewer stats.
- This mod will not make changes to the troop and item files, so if you want to make changes to these.
- All clients should join the server before the host starts the battle (otherwise clients will get graphical errors).
- Dedicated servers can switch back to native MP battle mode between co-op battles to keep customers occupied while waiting for the next battle.
- Using a VPN like Hamachi may not work properly and give you an "Incorrect Authorization Key" error.
Directions hosts CO-OP battles.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
