You are Andreas mac Aengus. Ard Ruire of the United Tribes of Ireland, and the rightful rulers of Ireland.

You've long dreamed of an Ireland united against northern raiders and Saxon settlers. You long for a Christian land dedicated to peace and unity. For a long time you've dreamed of your own Ireland to call home... but today is the day. Years ago, you became the acting ruler of the old Meade family when the previous ruler died of illness. You see your opportunity....and you take it. Within days, you had united the armies and vassals of the Mide and launched a blitzkrieg against Osriage, Uladh's tribe, and dominated them within months. Of course, this sudden spark of aggression took the other so-called kings of Ireland by surprise, and most of them didn't know what to do. Within a few months you conquered central Ireland, with many lords bowing to you and claiming their true Irish Ard Ruire - the High King.

However, electricity comes at a price. And other rulers would not allow an upstart nation to threaten their kingdom. War raged in Ireland and the bloodshed seemed to have no end. Villages, women and priests pay the price. The child grows up without a father. Bandits are rampant and their ranks disappear from deserters on all sides of the war. Worse, outsiders - Saxons, Angles, Northerners, Frisians, Scots and English - all took notice. And some rulers, like those of Laithlind and Alt Clut, see opportunity as they pass by. And now, in Ireland, war rages between the Irish who want unity and the Irish who want independence. The northerners massacred both sides, and the Saxons watched intently as both sides lashed out at each other...

But, along with your wife Gormlaith and your loyal vassals. You still have a chance to win this war and unite Ireland once and for all, forever and ever... But with a standing army made up of different nationalities, most of whom hate each other, a country being attacked from all sides, and a navy that's not standing, plus rumors of bandits raping the countryside, and villagers being harassed by dogmen, the fight for freedom for all will be tough. One will take real courage, skill and resourcefulness. A hardship that will plunder left and right. But as long as your sword arm remains steady, your tongue remains silver, and your vassals remain loyal, then you have a chance.

But will you succeed? Will you win the war once and for all and drive the Northerners from Ireland forever? Will you win and stop the Saxons from stealing your land in a great war that will shake the foundations of the Earth itself? Will you win this war and end the bloodshed? Or will you crash and burn when your wife gets taken up the ass by a Danish Viking? Will you see this land burning in the giant Danish fire? Will you let the Saxons seize the opportunity to raid your lands?

This story is yours, now and forever. What happens next is ultimately up to you.

Install

Just save the game file in this mod and place it in This PC>Documents>Mount & Blade Warband Savegames>Viking Conquest. Prosperity. Simple and easy. If you changed the savegame path, put it where you put your Warband Savegames.

Also, if you already have some saved games in Viking Conquest (most likely), then replace 00 with the next number at the end of the save. For example, if you have 5 saved games in Viking Conquest, replace 06 with 06.
