RerollConfirmation
Warns you before a shop reroll leaves you broke: a badge on the reroll button, then a confirmation dialog, whenever it would drop your gold below a configurable per-shop threshold.

RerollConfirmation
A Monster Train 2 mod that warns you before a shop reroll leaves you short on
gold.
It keeps a minimum-gold threshold per shop type. A reroll that would drop you
below it gets a red "!" badge on the reroll button, and asks for confirmation
before spending anything.
Configuration
BepInEx/config/RerollConfirmation.cfg
| Key | Default | Meaning |
| --- | --- | --- |
| General.Enabled | true | Whether the badge and dialog appear at all. |
| Thresholds.TrinketShopMinimumGold | 135 | Gold to still have after rerolling the Merchant of Trinkets. |
| Thresholds.OtherShopMinimumGold | 90 | Same, for Card/Steel/Arms/Magic shops. |
The Guild Marker relic discounts merchant prices by 25%, so while you own it
both thresholds are scaled by 0.75.
Install
Install SpecialCircumstances-RerollConfirmation with a mod manager (Gale,
r2modman, Mod Manager); dependencies come with it. Manual install:
drop RerollConfirmation.dll into BepInEx/plugins.
Requires BepInEx 5.4.2305.
Notes
Only rerolls are touched — buying the goods themselves is left alone, however
broke it leaves you. A reroll you can't afford at all is still rejected by the
game as usual, with no dialog in the way.
Build
dotnet build
Patches live in RerollConfirmation/patches.
Build, environment and deploy details are in the meta-repo's CLAUDE.md.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- Most mods rely on the game's mod loader — the usual route is a community mod manager (such as r2modman): pick this game, install, and it handles the loader and dependencies.
- For a manual install, put the mod files into the matching Mod / plugins folder inside the game directory.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; mods with listed dependencies need those installed as well.
Install locations vary a lot between mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
