About this mod Machine translation
Mod name: [Sodium Reforged] sodium reforged version
Prefix: forge
Version: 1.16.X
--------------------------
Author's introduction (GuluGulu translation + manual correction):
Ports for forging sodium, lithium, and phosphorus modules from Fabric. Mainly the same as the fabric version of Sodium, but includes some extra features/patches.
NOTE: Lithium features are disabled by default in the latest version as they cause pathfinding compatibility issues with other mods and I don't have the bandwidth to maintain it. sorry! You can still enable it yourself by setting mixin.ai=true to sodium-mixins.properties in the config/ folder
From the original mod page:
sodium
Sodium is a free, open-source optimization module for the Minecraft client that increases frame rates, reduces microstutter, and fixes graphical issues in Minecraft.
phosphorus
Phosphor is a free and open source Minecraft mod (under GNU GPLv3) designed to save you CPU cycles and improve performance by optimizing one of the most inefficient areas of Minecraft - the lighting engine. It works on both client and server and can be installed on the server without the client also having the mod
This mod is designed to make as few changes as possible, so it does not modify the lighting model or interface of vanilla Minecraft. As such, Phosphor should be compatible with many Minecraft mods (as long as they don't make significant changes to the way the lighting engine works.) If you encounter compatibility issues, please open an issue!
compatibility
This mod is incompatible with Optifine, Performant, Immersive Portals
The mod has been tested in a modpack with nearly 400 other popular Forge mods:
This mod can be added to both client and server, or just the client

Install & use Install: Java Edition mods (mod loader required)
- Install a mod loader first: Fabric, Forge or NeoForge — pick the one the mod requires and match your game version (without a loader, Java Edition mods do nothing).
- Unzip and read the bundled readme; in multi-version packs, pick the build that matches your game version — a mismatched build is refused at launch.
- Put .jar mods into .minecraft/mods; resource packs go into resourcepacks, saves into saves, and shaders into shaderpacks (with a shader mod installed).
- Launch the game — the loading log lists every loaded mod; seeing this one there means it is installed.
Mods with dependencies (such as Fabric API) need those installed too; mods, resource packs and saves each use a different folder.
