Just unzip the files (with folders) to Steam\Steamapps\common\Monster Hunter World\
uninstall:
If you want to restore to the original file, just delete NativePC\npc\npc001, 002, 003, 004.....026

If you want to revert to the original, simply delete the mod files in NativePC\npc\npc001, 002, 003, 004, all the way to 026.
