This mod will allow all files to be loaded from nativePC again. It also implements the functionality of the previous task loader.
Installation: Extract the files into the game's main folder, where the exe is located.
Mods still need to be updated by their respective modders, this does not make older mods compatible with IB.
You need the latest Visual C++ redistributable package, otherwise the game will crash on startup.

EDIT: Thanks to further research by the amazing Moonbunnie, we now have a more radical version for improved performance.
Improve game performance by removing extremely unoptimized pieces of code that are ultimately inconsequential to game functionality. More advanced plugins can also be enabled to function properly.
The performance gains are most noticeable on CPU-bound systems (almost everyone is CPU-bound unless they use Threadripper due to the horrific "multi-threaded" code the game runs on).
Works by removing unnecessary CRC code that repeatedly checks game memory areas for bit errors. However, since these areas are never touched, and the game crashes when an error in the area is detected (making error detection ultimately pointless), this code is completely unnecessary and only hurts performance (since it is executed repeatedly and checks a ~250KB area 32 times per rotation, it is a huge waste of CPU usage). It has been tested and proven that this plugin is still stable after 20 hours of continuous play (confirmed to be stable for that long period of time, possibly longer or even indefinitely).

- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
