Just put the "nativePC" folder into the game root directory
Currently only available for female hunters. In theory it should work for male files by copying them to the correct filenames - but I haven't tested it yet and it's not on my priority list at the moment.
Current features:
-Full model replacement including heads
-Hair physics
-Recolorability of the red part of her outfit. I also added recolorability to the other clothing components so they could change hues. The red hair remains unchanged and is set like this.

To install, unzip and place nativePC in
Steam\SteamApps\common\Monster Hunter World\
Presently only works with Female Hunters. In theory, by copying the files to the right filename, it should work with males-- but I haven't tested it nor is it high on my list of priorities at the moment. Someday I'll probably Cirify it, and that'll cover my bases.
The butterfly layered set is replaced with Cordelia.
Current Features:
-Full model replacement, including head
-Hair physics
-Recolorability on the red parts of her clothes. I also added some recolorability to the other clothing components, so that they would change in tint. The red hair doesn't change, it's set that way. If you don't like it, sue me.
Planned for the future (in order of how likely I am to tackle them AND in what order I plan to):
- Add Cordelia's spear from Fire Emblem Warriors
- Implement collision on the hair to at least somewhat reduce the clipping, because I am well aware that the clipping is a nightmare.
- Ciri-fy it. That way, male hunters can use it, and it'll have face physics.
- Make it mantle-friendly. It isn't. Cyril knows. Cyril just don't care that much.
Suggestions welcome. Since it's my first go around, I know it won't be perfect, but I'm eager to hear feedback.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
